Brust has made an application <br />for variance and filed the same with the Village <br />Council of Falcon Heights ~ along with the fee of <br />X5.00, and . <br />WHEREAS, for reasons of privacy and iri order to <br />improve appearance of rear property and create a <br />buffer zone from swimming pool located on his property, <br />the owner proposes to build a six foot high fence <br />with an additional one foot decorative strip at the <br />top, <br />NONE, TfiEREE'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~lT'THE VILLAGE <br />Council of Falcon Heights hereby grants the variance <br />application made by Richard Brust on the 25th day of <br />April 1968 for variance use of property described as <br />1870 No. Albert Street under the provisions of <br />Section 16.05, Ordinance 6l~, subject to the followings <br />1. ~ITritten permission or approval of the <br />property owner to the east shall be obtained. <br />r 2. Me1.Spiegler of the Spiegler Apartments on <br />Fry Street was present as was Floyd Snyker, Assistant <br />Ramsey County Engineer.
