Variance request previously submitted to th® <br />_ requiared3 Council at its meeting April 17, 1968 had been denied. <br />Architect Darrell noted that the Preliminary Scheme <br />for the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Richards <br />dated April 16, 1968 and submitted. this evenings shows <br />' set back lines and additions that extend no further to <br />the north than the existing garage. Black stated that <br />- inasmuch as there appears to be no violation of village. <br />ordinances, the variance application fee of X5.00 should <br />be returned and additions to home may be commenced. <br />Variance Request - Strandquist moved, seconded by Warkentien that the <br />Garage at 7.lt3b West meeting be recessed in answer to William E. Swensonrs <br />California Avenues urgent phone call to consider amending variance permit <br />granted on April 17, 1968 for location of garag®. <br />Ayes: All... Nays: None. Motion was carried. Council <br />meeting was reconvened at the site of garage - 1l~36 West <br />Cal ifornia Avenu®. <br />
