Larpenteur Avenue, calling their attention to the Village <br />Ordinance regarding parking iaru.cks on the Village streets. <br />Taylor seconded and motion carried. <br />Water Rate Study, Black moved Stone seconded that we adopt a resolution to <br />Resolution 70-9: support the water rate study. Upon a vote,, the following <br />resolution was declared tu~,animously passed. <br />Wf~REAS <br />A. The Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights <br />has authorized its Vi11ag a Engineer, Mr. Brad L~nberg, of <br />Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. to parti- <br />cipate in discussions of the Water Rates Study Committee <br />composed of various municipalities whose residents purchase <br />water from the City of St. Paul; <br />B. Said Committee was established for the purpose of <br />appraising said water rates and all attendant services with <br />a view towards reducing these rates and improving said <br />services; <br />C. Said Corrmiittee has recoimnended that Public Achni.rLi.s- <br />tration Services of Chicag a be hired to study said rates <br />and services and that the participating municipalities share <br />on a per capita basis in paying for the costs of said Study; <br />D. The total estimated cost of said study is $15,000, <br />of which Falcon Heights share would b e $1,113.50; and <br />
