2a~2 <br />Fire Department Fire Chief Al Helbig advised he and Stanley Schultz <br />Requisitions to visited the Civil Defense warehouse at the Fair <br />Purchase surplus Grounds and requested Council approval for purchase <br />CD Supplies: of various items available. Stone moved. that the <br />Fire Department be authorized to purchase from Civil <br />Defense surplus stock the following: <br />25 self-contained gas masks ~ $1.Of3 each <br />5 oxygen masks ~ 1.(?0 <br />2!~ pair mittens ~ .25 pair <br />1 reel for rolling up hose used for skating rinks X1.00 <br />1 roll canvas to be is ed as tarpaulins for fire trucks <br /> Total price of all items shall not exceed $60.00. Motion <br /> was duly seconded by tiYarkentien, and upon a vote being <br /> taken, all members present voted in favor of purchases. <br />Ramsey County Deputy Council was advised that a Deputy Sheriff had tagged five <br />Sheriff - cars for parking on the wrong side of the street in this <br /> Village. Furthermore, these tags were issued to Roseville <br />Tagging of cars in Court. S, Treasury bonds <br />or U. S. Treasury Bills, said money to be invested 3n UPS. <br />Treasury Bills until needed to meet said maturity schedul®. <br />Mayor Nilsen moved for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution, Member Y'darkentien seconded, and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Nilsen, l~tarkentien, Stone, and Mortensen, and. the following <br />voted against the same: None. <br />
