2056 <br />Village Employee <br />Bonds Mortenson moved that Ben Kuefler, office employee, <br />be bonded in the amount of X1,000.00 Stone seconded. <br />Carried. <br />Justice of the Peace Attorney Galvin will file with the Secretary of State <br />Bonds and the Clerk of District Court the bond for Dwain L. <br />Jones, recently elected Justice of the Peace. <br /> Financial Audit for The Clerk w~.s instructed to contact Pearson and Sands, <br /> the Year 1963: Certified Public Accountants, regarding an estimate <br /> for making an official examination and verification of <br /> accounts of the Village for the operations in the year <br /> 1963. Motion was seconded by Stone and duly carried. <br /> Fire Department Tank The Village of St, Joseph, Minnesota ad~rised they <br /> Truck Sales expect to have money in payment of the tank truck by <br /> the first of February. <br /> Correspondences <br /> Annual Apportionment Notice of Annual apportionment of Municipal State Aid <br /> State of Minnesota - Street Fund for the year 1964 is as follows: <br /> Highways: <br /> Total Allotment $22,794.00 <br /> Construction 19,749.00 <br /> Maintenance 3,045,00 <br /> Insurance Division - Letter dated January 20 to all fire chiefs and <br />` State of Minnesota: municipal clerks regarding new numbering system for <br /> coding fire protection (service) areas in this state <br /> was read.
