Hermes had a potential buyer mho desired to build a <br />seventeen unit apartment building. There was ~ disciussion <br />regarding the proposed uses for that land and the possibi- <br />lity that a road may some day pass through. Hermes was told <br />h® could sell the land, however, zoning ordinance would <br />not permit construction of an apartment building. <br />Lindig Darvelopmsnt: Mr. Bianchi who lives at 1725 Fairview Avenue wants to <br />divide his land into another lot by taking off approximately <br />Land Division 200 feet on the back portion. One lot would be 180 feet <br />Joseph Biahchis and the other approximately 172 feet -each by 9l~.b. The <br />utilities are located at the rear of Bianchi's property, <br />which may alter the above described division. Nilsen <br />.moved that the following resolution be adopted: <br />WHEREAS it is proposed to improve the new development <br />Down as Lindig Street by establishing a coaQnon back lot <br />line, and to assess the benefited property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of such improvement, pursuant to Minn. <br />State. , Secs. lt29.411 to t~29.l.11., <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVID BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF FALCON HEI(3€iTS, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the <br />village consulting engineers for study and they are <br />instructed to report to the council with a71 convenient <br />speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to -bhe <br />most feasible common back lot line to establish. <br />Motion was seconded by Mortensen, and upon a vote being <br />taken the motion was carried, and resolution adopted by <br />the council this 27th day of May 196l~. <br />Trees: <br />Replacement of trees warkentien moved that Dr. Hard~s recommendation to <br />removed by Village: purchase seven summit ash trees 8 to 10 feet at a price <br />of ~I~O.OO,plus one pound lawn seed at x.90, plus one yard <br />of black dirt at $5.00 be authorized by .the Council. <br />Motion was seconded by Black and carried.
