2235 <br />Recreation -Parks Richard Rust, chairman of the West Falcon Heights Playground <br />and Playgroundss Association, was present. After considerable discussion, <br /> Warkentien moved that the Village of Falcon Heights engage <br /> the services of Robert Sonstroem for a period of ten weeks <br /> not to exceed 350 hoax's (or 35 hours a week) as recreational <br /> counselor. Salary for said counselor to be $2.25 an hour <br /> and shall not exceed X787.50 for the entire period.. It was <br /> further moved that the Village of Falcon Heights authorize <br /> expenditure not to exceed X600 for the necessary improvements <br /> and nquipm®nt the counselor will require for the program. <br /> Counselor Wi11 be instructed to keep record of daily attend- <br /> ance as Welt as activities, which will be conducted at two <br /> playground areas.
