Snow Plow - Holly~rood Ramsey County has informed council, that snow plow Courts has been damaged in the past from low hanging tree branches in Hollywood Court alleys. Village Clerk was instructed to write to property owners stating .that unless trees are properly trimmed, the snow plow will not plow the alleys this coming winter. The Falcon Heights Planning Commission held Hearing on Septemb®r 20, 1965 (post- poned from September 15 due to lack of a quorum present). The Planning Commission has recommended that the A. A. Bilski property and the two adjacent lots in this isolated area remain as R-1 until there is a petition for all three lots to be rezoned at B-lA,. Mr. John Daubney, attorney representing B. V. Marschke, stated that if R-1 classif ication remains, his client would suffer substantial financial loss. George Nelson, 1689 North Cleveland stated he has no objection to the rezoning of his lot (being the only one of the three that has not petitioned) if such rezoning would not have any affect on the taxes. Attorney Daubney stated he would contact the County Assessor in an effort to determine whether or not the rezoning would affect taxes.
