2303 <br />Resolution Reassessing any time prior to certification of the assessment <br />Lot 13, Block 1, Barthel to the County Auditor, pay the whole of the assess- <br />Villas Addition for went on such property, with interest accrued to the <br />Sanitary Sewer System date of payment, to the Village Treasurer, except <br />Improvement No. 1 (1957) that no interest shall be charged if the entire <br />(Continued) assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption <br />of this resolution; and he may, at any time thereafter, <br />pay to the County Treasurer the entire amount of the <br />assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued <br />to December 31 of the year.in which such payment is <br />made. <br />(!~) The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certi- <br />fied duplicate of this assessment to the County <br />Auditor to be extended on the proper tax lists of <br />the county, and such assessments shall be collected <br />and paid over in the same manner as other municipal <br />taxes. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was seconded by Strandquist and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Nilsen, <br />Strandquist, Black, Warkentien and Stone, and the following <br />voted. against the lames None. Whereupon said resolution <br />was duly declared passed and adopted this 13th day of <br />October 1965. <br />Resolution Reassessing The following resolution was introduced by member <br />Lot 19, Block 1, Barthel Stone who moved its adoption: <br />Villas Addition for <br />Watermain Improvement of Resolution Reassessing Lot 19, Block 1, <br />1960 -No. l: Barthel Villas Addition for <br />Watermain Improvement of 1960 No. 1 <br />WHEREAS, on October 17, 1960, the Village Council <br />by resolution unanimously adopted the assessment roll <br />for Watermain Improvement of 1960 No. 1 which was <br />thereafter certified to the County Auditor and <br />extended on the proper tax lists of the county; and <br />WHEREAS, the said assessment roll, showed Lot 19 <br />Block 1, Barthel Villas Addition to have an assessable <br />frontage of 75 feet for which an assessment of X551.25 <br />was made, and <br />WHEREAS, since the incorporation of the Village, a <br />building permit has been refused on this lot because <br />it is a low lot and the erection of a building upon it <br />would interfere with natural drainage, and <br />WHEREAS, the owner of this lot has requested <br />that Watermain Improvement of 1960 No. 1 assessment <br />on this lot be removed until such time as the Village <br />Council will authorize issuance of a building permit <br />on this lot when the assessment would be reinstated and <br />WHEREAS, on December 2g, 1960 the Village Council <br />did reassess said Lot 19, Block 1, Barthel Villas and <br />removed said assessment pursuant to M.S.A. 1129.071, and <br />
