2331 <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights desires to <br />continue its participation in the Ramsey County League of <br />Municipalities, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Village of <br />Falcon Heights Council hereby designates William H. Black as <br />the representative to the Ramsey County League of Munici- <br />palities for the period of one year to December 31, 1966. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village of Falcon <br />Heights Council hereby designates Herbert H. Strandquist <br />as its alternate representative to the Ramsey County League <br />of Municipalities. The motion was seconded by Stone and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the resolution was adopted. <br />Animal Controls Stone moved that the Clerk be authorized to sign agreement <br />in the name of the Village of Falcon Heights with. B and E <br />Patrol for control of animals for the year 1966. Said <br />agreement shall state that upon notice of 30 days to B and E <br />Patrol, the Village may terminate said agreement. Said <br />agreement shall contain provision prohibiting release of <br />any dog to a resident of this Village unless there is <br />satisfactory evidence that the owner has complied with <br />regulations concerning registration of dogs. Motion was <br />seconded by Strandquist. Upon a vote being taken, the <br />motion was carried. <br />Snow Plow Contract Stone moved, seconded by Nilsen that agreement between <br />-Lindquist: Lindquist Landscape Service and this Village be terminated, <br />Termination said agreement being for snow removal on village hall <br />parking lot, skating rinks and certain area of Hamline and <br />Iowa Avenue. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted <br />for same: Nilsen, Strandquist, Stone, Black and Warkentien, <br />and the following voted against same: None. Whereupon, <br />motion was carried. <br />Correspondences <br />Evelyn Dilger Evelyn Dilger's letter "received January 11, 1966 requested <br />1811 N. Hamline information regarding cost of putting water in the street <br />Waters in front of her home. Engineer Lemberg stated he is <br />exploring possibilities and will make report to the Council <br />and to Mrs. Dilger. <br />Sewer Installation Letter from Janet M. Deppe, 1907 No. Snelling dated <br />1907 N. Spellings Jan nary 9, 1966 stated that Sonny's Sewer Service has <br />agreed to install sewer as soon as possible after frost <br />is gone in the spring.
