Stone moved, seconded by <br />1967-1968s Warkentien that county's proposed construction on <br />Roselawn Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Snelling Avenue <br />and Hamline Avenue from Larpenteur to Roselawn be <br />referred to village engineer for recommendation and report. <br />Ayess All. Motion was carried. <br />County Engineer - Letter from Deane Anklan regarding type of warning <br />Warning Lightss lights was referred to Village Engineer. <br />N.E.Area Storm Sewer Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved <br />Project 66-1 - its adoptions <br />Prn3eet A 2 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br />Albert Street Village of Falcon Heights described as followss <br />Improvement: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Larpenteur Ave. <br />and Albert, thence Easterly in a line parallel to <br />Larpenteur Avenue 50.28 feet, thence Northerly in a <br />line perpendicular to Larpenteur Avenue 172.60 feet, <br />thence Easterly in a line parallel to Larpenteur Ave. <br />2l~6 feet more or less, thence Northerly in a line <br />parallel to Albert 681 feet more or less, thence <br />Westerly in a line parallel to Larpenteur Avenue <br />x.91.73 feet more or less, thence Southerly 705 feet <br />more or less, thence Westerly in a line parallel to <br />Larpenteur Avenue l~5.7 feet more or less, thence <br />Southerly in a line perpendicular to Larpenteur Ave. <br />157 feet more or less to the Northerly line of <br />Larpenteur &venue thence Easterly in a line parallel <br />to Larpenteur Avenue 292.30 feet more or less to the <br />point of beginning <br />by construction of a storm sev+rer drainage area and to <br />assess the benefited property, whether abutting or not, <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section l~29.011 to 1129.111 <br />(laws of 1953 as amended), and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed improvement was referred on <br />May 11, 1966 to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates <br />for study, and that they were instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council <br />in the preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- <br />ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made <br />as providdd or in connection with some other improvement <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates <br />have completed said study and made their report to the <br />Village Council, <br />NOUP, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br />1 <br />G' <br />1 <br />(1) The report of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and <br />Associates is hereby approved and received by said Council. <br />
