2l~~2 <br />Rosene, Anderlik and Associates with reference to <br />the improvement of Hoyt Avenue between Snelling. <br />Hearing Continued: Drive and Hamline Avenue by the construction of <br />sidewalks; and <br />Vi~iEREAS, the Council thereafter requested a <br />feasibility study on the improvement of the same <br />area of Hoyt Avenue by the installation of curbs <br />and gutters, and <br />WHEREAS, said reports were received by the Council <br />on August 10, 1966, and <br />~~THEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing <br />through two weekly publications of the required notice <br />was given, along with the statutory mailed notice, and <br />the hearing was held thereon on August 31, 1966 at <br />which time all persons desiring to be heard were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon: <br />NOrd, THEREFORE, BE IT RCSOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br />1. Said public hearing is hereby continued until <br />8:00 P.M. September 1l~, 1966. <br />Strandquist seconded motion and upon a vote, the following <br />voted for same: Strandquist, Stone, Black and Warkentien, <br />and the following voted against same: None. Whereupon <br />motion was carried. <br />Conditional Use Permit Black introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />-Mrs. Arthur Lindig adoption: <br />1875 V`dest Larpenteur <br />Avenue -Rooming Houses WHEREAS, Bar, and Mrs. Arthur Lindig have made <br />application for a conditional use permit for their <br />property located. at 1875 ~Yest Larpenteur Avenue, presently <br />zoned R-3, so that the same may be used as a rooming <br />house, as more particularly described in said appli- <br />cation; and <br />WHfF~EAS, said application for a conditional use <br />permit has been referred to the Planning Commission for <br />study and report; and <br />WHEREAS, said Planning Commission has recommended <br />that the application for conditional use permit be granted, <br />subject to certain terms and conditions: <br />NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED: <br />1. It is hereby found and determined that the <br />proposed use of the above-described premises will not be <br />detrimental to the health, safety and general welfare of <br />the community, nor will said use cause serious traffic <br />congestion or hazards, nor will said use seriously <br />depreciate surrounding property values, and said use is <br />in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the <br />Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan. <br />
