Klatt has submitted a preliminary plat to the Council, and said plat has been referred to the Planning Commission for study and report and to the Village Engineer for study and report; and 1':13I;Rk:AS, the Village Engineer, by letter dated November 7, 1966 ( and made a part hereof by reference), has advised the council that said proposed plat is acceptable subject to the matter set forth in same letter; and ~'~HE;REAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that said request for subdivision be granted subject to certain restrictions contained in its report of October 2~., 1966, and VYHEREAS, said Roy P, Klatt has, since the report of the Planning Commission and the Villa ge Engineer, filed with the Village Council a proposed final plat and requested a public hearing pursuant to Ordinance No. b9; and 1'~HEREAS, the Village Council has approved said plat subject to r°ormal dedication of streets and puh~ utility easements in detail which will be specified at the Public Hearings N04Rf, THEREFOPI;, BE IT R:,SOLVED by the Village Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota that said Council shall meet at 8:00 P. Dd. on December 21, 1966 at the Village Hall to consider request of Roy P. Klatt, Administrator of the Estate of Conrad R. Klatt, deceased, for subdivision and platting of the above described real estate pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 69.
