Klatt has submitted a preliminary <br />plat to the Council, and said plat has been referred to the <br />Planning Commission for study and report and to the Village <br />Engineer for study and report; and <br />1':13I;Rk:AS, the Village Engineer, by letter dated November <br />7, 1966 ( and made a part hereof by reference), has advised <br />the council that said proposed plat is acceptable subject to <br />the matter set forth in same letter; and <br />~'~HE;REAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that <br />said request for subdivision be granted subject to certain <br />restrictions contained in its report of October 2~., 1966, and <br />VYHEREAS, said Roy P, Klatt has, since the report of the <br />Planning Commission and the Villa ge Engineer, filed with the <br />Village Council a proposed final plat and requested a public <br />hearing pursuant to Ordinance No. b9; and <br />1'~HEREAS, the Village Council has approved said plat <br />subject to r°ormal dedication of streets and puh~ utility <br />easements in detail which will be specified at the Public Hearings <br />N04Rf, THEREFOPI;, BE IT R:,SOLVED by the Village Council of <br />Falcon Heights, Minnesota that said Council shall meet at 8:00 <br />P. Dd. on December 21, 1966 at the Village Hall to consider request <br />of Roy P. Klatt, Administrator of the Estate of Conrad R. Klatt, <br />deceased, for subdivision and platting of the above described <br />real estate pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 69.
