2518 <br />Financial Statement Clerk Strandquist presented to each council member copies of <br />for Year Ended Financial Statement and Audit for the year ended <br />December 31,.1966: December 31, 1966. Carl„Pearson, Certified Public <br /> Accountant, was in attendance and review of said. <br /> statement and audit was made. Nilsen moved, seconded <br /> by Stone that the Clerks Financial Statement and Audit <br /> for the year ended December 31, 1966,.be approved by <br /> the Village Gouncil.and the Clerk be authorized to <br /> submit the Financial Statement to the Suburban Life <br /> Newspapers for official publication. Ayes: A11. <br /> Nays: None. &totion was carried. <br />Form of <br />Bonds Approved: ~darkentien moved, seconded by Stone that the form of the <br /> three bonds covering the Village Clerk, Deputy Clerk and <br /> Deputy Treasurer, and Assistant Deputy Clerk and Treasurer <br /> be approved. Ayes: A11. Pdayst, None._ Ddotion was <br /> carried. <br />Coven Harmer'a After discussion regarding (hrren Harmer's request for <br />Vacation Pay 1965: vacation pay dating back to 1965, council decided that <br />. Police Commissioner should contact Harmer and report <br />back to the council. <br />Apportionment of Strandquist introduced the following resolution and moved <br />Storm Sewer its adoption: <br />Assessment - _ <br />Klan's Addition: WHEREAS, the Village Council did, on October 5, 1966, <br />adopt_an assessment roll for the Northeast Storm Sever <br />Project (65-1); and <br />~~HEREA-S, said assessment, at t~ze rate of 1.8 cents <br />per square ,foot, was levied against the following <br />described property in the 'total amount of ~2,5$7.t~6: <br />(a) Subj. to Ruggles St. aver S 6 ft. & subj to <br />Roselawn Ave.; part, E of E line of Klaus <br />Add & N1~a extension of ad E line, of. N 1/2 <br />of W 16 acres of E 24 acres of NE 1/!~ of : E1 1/~. <br />of Sec 15, T 29, R 23. <br />Tr"JHEREAS, said tract of land above describes. has <br />been divided. subsequent to said assessment into two <br />separate parcels of land; and <br />VTHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the <br />assessment of 2,587.x.6 should be equitably apportioned <br />between the 2 parcels in the tracts as divided, and that <br />said apportionment will not materially impair the collection <br />of the unpaid. balance of the original assessment against <br />the entire tract. <br />NO'J`~t, THE ~ ~ ORE, B:C IT F~SOLVED as follows: <br />1.
