2628 <br />The first of said installments shall be payable with <br />general taxes for the year 1968, collectible with such <br />taxes during the year 1968. <br />3. The assessment for Street Improvements (sheldon <br />Street - Ramsey County Auditor No. 670) shall be payable <br />in 20 equal, consecutive, annual installments. To the <br />first installment there shall be added interest at the <br />rate of 6~ per annum on the entire assessment from the <br />date of this resolution until December 31, 1968. To <br />each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest <br />for one year on all unpaid installments. The assessment for Street Improvements (Arona <br />Street - Ramsey County Auditor No. 671) shall be payable in <br />5 equal, consecutive, annual installments. To each subsequent <br />installment when due shall be added interest for one year <br />on all unpaid installments. The first of said installments <br />shall be payable with general taxes for the year 1968, <br />collectible with such taxes during the year 1968. <br />5. The assessment for Street Improvements -sidewalk <br />and curb and gutter (Hoyt Avenue -Ramsey County Auditor <br />No. 672) shall be payable in 5 equal, consecutive, annual <br />installments. To the first installment there shall be added <br />interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the entire assessment, <br />from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1968. To <br />each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest <br />for one year on all unpaid installments. The first of said <br />installments shall be payable with general taxes for the year <br />1968, collectible with-such taxes during the year 1968. <br />6. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any <br />time prior to certification of the assessment rolls to the <br />County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such <br />property, with interest accrued to the date of payment, to <br />the Village Treasurer, except that no interest shall be <br />charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days <br />from the adoption of this resolution. <br />7. The Clerk is directed to transmit certified <br />duplicates of these assessments to the County Auditor to _ <br />be extended on the proper tax lists of the County, and <br />such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the <br />same manner as other municipal taxes. The clerk shall <br />transmit said certified duplicates of the assessment rolls <br />30 days from the date of its adoption. <br />8. The clerk is directed to notify by mail the record <br />owner of every parcel of real estate assessed of the amount <br />of said assessment and that said assessment may be prepaid <br />without interest within 30 days of the adoption of the <br />assessment roll. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Stone. <br />
