It advised they had. completed. inspection of the server construction <br /> and grading and gravel base work. Inspection revealed that the <br /> work has been substantially completed in accordance with contract <br /> provisions. They are now in the process of preparing final es- <br /> timates for this work. Simpson, Vern Ljungren thinks the only way we can handle this <br /> water is .through a pipe and run it into the existing storm sewer. <br /> Coppini said the water is not draining out of the alley back of <br /> the apartments, especially at the east end. It~was decided that <br /> this is a "must" first thing next Spring. <br />Daps iy2ayox Nilsen asked Ljungren to get him some small Ramsey County <br /> Maps, showing just the main intersections, and George Shavor <br /> asked about an aerial map of the area. Ljungren will take care <br /> of these matters. <br />Barthel <br />Vill Letter from Attorney Greenstein was read. After discussion, it was moved by Utecht, seconded by <br /> Nilsen and unanimously voted that Graham be authorized to prepare <br /> forms for the sewer assessment abatement on the 5 Barthel Slillas <br /> Lots involved. <br />Licenses.
