Coppini said the water is not draining out of the alley back of the apartments, especially at the east end. It~was decided that this is a "must" first thing next Spring. Ljungren will take care of these matters. Barthel Vill Letter from Attorney Greenstein was read. It stated: The offer X as of 2500.00 for the five lots is unsatisfactory. They would appreciate it if we would proceed'to have the sewer assessment abated. After discussion, it was moved by Utecht, seconded by Nilsen and unanimously voted that Graham be authorized to prepare forms for the sewer assessment abatement on the 5 Barthel Slillas Lots involved.
