Letter of April 13th from the Village of St. Anthony, 200 <br />Mutual Aid Kenzie Terrace, Minneapolis, 18, Minnesota was read, It <br />Village of stated: At the regular meeting of October 18th, 1958, the <br />St. Anthony Council passed a resolution xith reference to a Mutual Aid <br />Agreement betxeen the Village of Falcon Heights Fire Dept. <br />and the Village of St. Anthony Fire Department as folloxs: <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of St. Anthor~y <br />desires to authorize the St. Anthony Volunteer Fire Depart- <br />ment to enter into an arrangement xith Falcon Heights Fire <br />Department xhereby each Department rill assist the other in <br />case of ma3or fire emergency: <br />NOIA', THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of <br />St. Anthony: <br />(1) That the St. Anthony Fire Chief, or officer in charge <br />in his absence, is hereby authorized in case of a mayor <br />emergency in the Village of Falcon Heights and upon the re- <br />quest of the Falcon Heights Fire Chief, or officer in <br />charge, to send such St.:Anthony Fire Equipment to Falcon <br />Heights as in his judgment can be spared and in case of a <br />mayor fire emergency in St. Anthony to call upon the Falcon <br />Heights Fire Department for similar assistance. <br />Signed Leroy R.
