No person shall park any vehicle extent <br />in compliance vrith regulatory parking signs, on <br />any street for a period of t~8 hours, commencing <br />immediately after the cessation of any two (2) <br />inch or more continuous snowfall, or during any <br />emergency proclaimed by the "ayor of the Villa~je <br />of ralcon ?-eights, or the Village Council of the <br />Village of Falcon Heights because of such a snow- <br />fall until snow removal has been completed on any <br />street, whichever occurs first. <br />
