P. Chenoweth moved <br />acceptance of the Feasibility Report with the following <br />contingencies, 1) question the need for Gottfried Pit repair <br />with this. project and whether or not Falcon Heights is being <br />charged an inappropriate share of the cost, 2) further <br />discussion of pathway design, and 3) continued discussion on <br />road width. Motion carried unanimously. <br />AMENDMENT TO BULLSEYE SHOPPING CENTER PARKING VARIANCE APPROVED <br />Baldwin explained that the Planning Commission at their May 1st <br />meeting, recommended approval of the proposed parking variance <br />amendments and commented on the fact that the City Planner felt <br />the parking computation in the original variance was faulty. <br />Following a brief discussion, Ciernia moved adoption of the <br />amended parking variance, which carried unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OF AMENDED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GOLF-O-MAT <br />MACHINES AT BULLSEYE GOLF <br />Baldwin reviewed proposed conditions recommended by the Planning <br />Commission and amendments as designated by Council, after which <br />Ciernia moved adoption of Resolution R-89-10. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION R-89-10 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR BULLSEYE GOLF CENTERS, INC. (GOLF-O-MAT GAMES) <br />AND AMENDING RESOLUTION R-85-35 <br />ADOPTION OF CODE AMENDMENT RELATING TO DIMENSIONALLY <br />NON-CONFORMING BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES <br />Baldwin commented on the fact that State Statute has limited the <br />granting of variances leaving many homeowners unable to expand <br />or improve their homes which are considered dimensionally <br />non-conforming by the present City Code, and the proposed <br />amendment is intended to remedy the problem.
