Attorney Graham stated that in connection with an inquiry received <br />by the State Athletic Commission Prom people who hold the boxing <br />Franchise in St Paul, the Attorney General's ruling was that they <br />could operate Qnly in St Paul and that they would have to get a <br />license Prom the State Boxing Commission and that the council <br />would have to approve in order to permit boxing in the Pillage <br />area. <br />Fire Chief's Annual report oP Fire Chief George B.
