~~ Bank Depository On motion by Stewart, seconded by Lindi g, the following resolution was passed by a unanimous vote: RESOLVED, That Falcon Heights State Bank of Falcon Haig hts, Minnesota, be and hereby is doss gnated as a depository for the funds of the Village of Faloon Heights, and that the Village Treasurer is authorised to deposit village funds therein to the amatnt of forty-Five thousand dollars 045,000.00). RESOLVED FURTHER, That the present oollateral furnished by Faloon Heights State Bank consisting of forty. thou sand dollars 040,000.00), face value, of U.S. government obligations, accompanied by an assignment providing that in case oP default on the part of Faloon Heights State Sank the council has full power and authority to sell the oollateral or ao much as may be necessary to realise the full amount due the municipality, is hereby approved, said collateral having a market value in excess of 10~ over the amount of the above authorised deposit in excess of the amount guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. RESOLVED FURTHER, That this designation shall be effective only until the end of the present oouneil year, and that a copy of the resolution duly certified by the Clerk be delivered to the Falcon Heights State Bank. 'Village 9ttorney Henry moved that the firm of Briggs, Gilbert, Morton, Kyle and Maeartney, of St Paul, Minnesot a, be engaged as attorneys for the Village for 195. Seconded by Lindig and carried unanimously. Posting places On motion by Henry, seconded by Stewart, the following posting places were designated: (1) Blomberg's Store, Iowa and Hamiline avenues (2) Biational Tea Store, Larpenteur and Snelling avenues (3) Gibbs School, Cleveland and Larpenteur avenues ~aocxs=xxt~ic Election hours Henry moved, seconded by Shavor, that the polls at Village elections be kept open Prom 3:00 P.ii. to 8:00 P.M. Motion carried. Council Meetings Henry moved that regular meetings of the Council be held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in the Village Hall, beginning at 7:30 P.M., with provision that if the meeting date falls on a legal holiday that the meeting be held. on the next aeeular day. Seconded by Lindig and carried. Safety deposit box Lindig moved that the Village continue rooting a safety deposit box at the Falcon Heights State Bank at a rental of X6.00 per year. Shavor seconded and motion carried.
