It developed that Mr. Klatt had not told Mr. Carley all about the problem of extending Ruggles street to the west. Mr, Carley asked the council for tentative approval of the general layout subject to satisfactory arrangement for the streets and drainage, which would be submitted later, but previous to submittal of the final plat. The council took no action in the matter.
