Attorney Graham stated the question of issuing a building permit for property in Barthel Villas has occurred periodically for several years and that the problem still is the disposing of drainage xater by the prospective builder. Appoint Don- The matter of appointing Don Arndt to supervise Village policing, Arndt supervisor xhich it xas stated he xas doing by committee arrangement, xas of Village considered. After considerable discussion, Shavor moved that policing Don Arndt be appointed to act as supervisor of Village police under direction of the Public Safety committee. Seconded by Hustrulid and the folloxing vote; taken and recorded: Ayes: Hustrulid Shavor Stesxart Nays: Stenzinger Cartxright Motion passed by a three-fifths vote and Don Arndt declared duly appointed to said office.
