<br />Drainage, Dr, l~.K. Schultz, 1.530 Hollywood Court, appeared before the
<br />Hollywood council in connection with a drainage problem in front of his
<br />Court home property, which he said was especially bad when water backs
<br /> up in the spring. After discussion, Shavor moved t.ha.t our
<br /> Village Engineer be asked to check into the matter and submit
<br /> a recommendation and estimate of cost, also that he see Dr,
<br /> Schultz when making the inspection. Seconded by Stewart and
<br /> carried unanimously.
<br />Ernest Weigit+ 1687 West Larpenteur, inquired as to ordinance requirements
<br /> for building a double bungalow on property he has on Fry street
<br /> and for remodeling his home at 1687 West Larpenteur into a
<br /> duplex. He was informed as to rezoning procedure to be followed
<br /> in each case.
<br />Klatt's addition Gonrad Klatt inquired about releasing of the bond covering
<br />stabilization of the streets in Klatt's addition. The Clerk
<br />read a letter from the Village Engineer, dated September 14, 1955,
<br />recommending acceptance of said streets. Cartwright moved that
<br />the question be discussed with FRr. Carley before action is taken
<br />on the report. Seconded by Stenzinger and motion carried. The
<br />file was then turned over to Trustee Cartwright who agreed to
<br />discuss with i~~Rr. Carley.
<br />ydarming house, Cartwright proposed that a warming house for the Falcon Heights
<br />Falcon Hts grade grade school skating rink be provided. After discussion, it was
<br />school agreed that Shavor would refer the proposal to the Community Club
<br />for th~~r support, and that Cartwright would discuss with the
<br />School board and also secure prices.
