Larpenteur, appeared before the council <br />re road needed to discuss the possibility of constructing a road from Larpenteur <br />for developing to Roselawn avenue between Fairview and Tatum for the purpose of <br />his property developing property xhich Mr. Lindig oxns in the area. He xas <br /> referred to the Planning Commission xho is considering this matter. <br />
