622 <br />To1tz,King & Day Mr. A. J. Duvall, of Toltz, King & Day, Inc., handed to <br />report covering each member of the council and our attorney a copy of <br />proposed plan of the report prepared by Toltz, King and Dom, Inc., covering <br />SANITARY SE9YER the proposed sanitary suer system for Falcon Heights, <br />SYSTEM possible points of connection to St Paul, expected sewage <br />flow and other pertinent data. After discussion, Hustrulid <br />moved that two copies of the report be submitted to the <br />St Paul City Council, asking that Falcon Heights be granted <br />permission to connect its proposed sanitary sewer system to <br />the St Paul sewers. Seconded by Stenzinger and motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Warming house Stenzinger reported that he had talked with Mr. Husby about <br />for School securing a warming house for the skating rink at the Falcon <br />skating rink Heights grade school. Said Husby did not think the kno~ak-down <br />type of farming house was well enough constructed. Said they <br />discussed the portable type that could be moved by truck, <br />the warming house to have plywood exterior with window across <br />front so the structure could be utilised in the summer by <br />our Little League baseball for dispensing pop, etc. Stenzinger <br />said that Mr. Husby agreed to put up said warming house, 1Ox11~, <br />at a net cost to the village of not to exceed ~lt99.00. After <br />discussion, Cart~rright moved that the Village order a warming <br />house from Mr. Husby, the cost not to exeeed ~499.op. Seconded <br />by Hustrulid and motion carried unanimously. <br />Driveway, 1877 <br />Asbury -County asked <br />to watch when snout <br />plowing <br />i <br /> <br />Attorney Graham reported on his inspection of the driveway <br />at 1877 Aster and discussion he had in this connection <br />with the property owner. Upon Attorney Graham's recommendation, <br />Cartwright moved that the Clerk write to the County Engineer, <br />notifying him that the driveway slab located at the corner <br />of Ruggles and Asbury is a few inches above the street grade <br />and that the County's snow plowing operators should be informed <br />to watch out for this when snow plamring is done. Seconded by <br />Stenzinger and motion carried unanimously. <br />Heating & Air The Clerk reported that he had written the Village Clerk <br />C~~nditioning Examin- of North St Paul as directed in connection with their inquiry <br />ation Board about our recognizing certificates of competency issued by <br />the Minnesota Heating and Air Conditioning Examination Board, <br />to the effect that Falcon Heights is not involved, as each <br />master gas installer licensed in our Village must have a <br />certificate of competency from the City of St Paul. The <br />Clerk suggested that a similar letter be written to the <br />Minnesota Heating and Air Conditioning Examination Board. <br />Cartwright maned that the Clerk be authorized to write the <br />Minnesota Heating and Air Conditioning Examination Board <br />accordingly. Seconded by Shavor and so ordered. <br />1956 Budget After discussion and on motion by Cartwright, seconded by <br />Hus trulid, the following resolution was adopted by a unanimous <br />vote with the request that the Clerk make certification of <br />same to the County Auditor: <br />
