Seconded by Cartwright and motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br />Treasurer's Shavor moved, seconded by Nilsen, that the Treasurer's bond _- ~ <br />Bond be fixed at X1000, and that the Treasurer be directed to <br /> secure said bond on a two-year basis. Gage, of the Gage Construction Company, Minneapolis, <br />(Gage Constr.Co.) submitted the final plat of Falcon Woods subdivie~on for ~ <br />(=i na I <br />laf council approval. Letter of January 10, 1956 from the <br />p <br />• Planning Commission was read, recommending a minimum radius <br /> of 10 ft. at street intersections, and that since the area <br /> of each of Lots !t and 5 of Block 2 and lots 3 and !~ of Block 3 , <br /> is greater than required, that a frontage of less than 75 ft. <br /> minimum per lot should be permitted. After discussion <br /> Shavor moved acceptance, of the final plat of Falcon Woods <br /> and that the Clerk be authorized to execute said plat for the <br /> Village, sub3ect to obtaining the approval of Lorris Williams, <br /> Chairman, Planning Commission, and the delivery to the Village <br /> of a bond in the amount of ~lt,000.00, approved by the Village <br /> attorney, to secure the completion by December 31, 1956, of <br /> the making, installations grading and improvement of all streets <br /> shown on the said plat (except the portion of Prior Avenue, <br /> approximately 115 feet hereinafter referred to) in accordance <br /> with the Village specifications,sub3ect to the approval of the <br /> Village Engineer and the delivery to the Village of the sum of <br /> $350.00, to be held by the Village for the installs tion, grading <br /> and improvement of the approximately 115 feet of Prior. Avenue <br /> shown on the said plat, which shall be done by the Villa ge at <br /> the time when the property south of Falcon Woods is opened up. <br /> Nilsen seconded and motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Street The Clerk s~~i~ that the County reported following ov <br />Mileage oonference with our Village r~gineer that Falcon Heights <br /> revised street mileage as of December 2, 1955, is 8.18 miles. <br /> Additions to former street mileage include Albert Street, <br /> from Ruggles to Roselawn, .12 miles; and Ruggles Street, <br /> from Holton Avenue to Hemline Avenue, 0.19 miles. <br />Complaint re Cartwright reported on receiving complaints from citizens <br />renting rooms with respect to owner of property at northeast corner of <br /> Albert and Hoyt renting rooms to students whose cars are <br /> all parked in the area at one time. After discussing <br />whether the Village could take any action, Cartwright agreed <br /> to check and report further on the matter. <br />
