s~~ Horazdovsky building Earl Horazdovsky, 1463 w. Idaho, owner of the property occupied permit request by the Texaco filling station at Hamline and Hot asked for ~ permission to build an addition, 17x44, at the ' ~;~` of the filling station. Mr. Horazdovsky said the addition was desired- - for establishing a lawn mower sharpening and repair business. His father, Mr. Edward Horazdovsky, building contractor, sub- mitted p]a ns for the proposed addition. Attorney Graham pointed out that our ordinance requires a 20 ft. rear yard which the plans did not provide for. It was also stated that if Mr. Horazdovsky makes request for variance from the ordinance that the matter would be referred to our Planning~Commission who would arrange for a public hearing thereon. Custodian receipts On motion by Stewart, seconded. by Cartwright, the following for securities held resolution was adopted by a unanimous vote following a full 1st Natl Bank to discussion: secure Village funds. RESOLVED, That the Village {Measurer be and hereby is authorized to deliver to the Falcon Heights State .Bank the custodian receipt for the X20,000.00 Treasury Note, Series B-1955, 1-3/~t~~ due December 15, 1955, given by 'the First National Bank of Saint Paul, and that the Village Treasurer deliver to the Village Clerk for deposit in the Village safety deposit box the custodian receipt for X20,000.00 U.S. Treasury Notes, Series A - 1958, dated December 1, 1955, due June 15, 1958, 2-7~8~, dated December 21, 1955, given by L'he First National Bank of Saint Paul. The Clerk asked in what fund the cash deposit should be placed, Cash deposit to this amounting to X350.00 to be held by the Village for S& B fund. completing about 115 feet of Prior Avenue when the area to the south of Falcon Yfoods is opened up. Cartwright moved that said cash deposit be placed in the Street and Bridge fund. Seconded by Utecht and motion carried unanimously. J
