<br />can be effected, and that this information be turned over to
<br />Trustee Nilsen before the citizens' committee meets with Mr.
<br />Arndt on August 6. Seconded by Utecht and motion carried

<br />Lowest bidder for recommendation of the Building Committee. Mr. Hustrulid
<br />returned to the council and reporte d that Dean Lundholm Construction
<br />Company, Inc., was the lowest responsible bidder.
<br />Resolution Thereupon, the following resolution was moved by Stewart, seconded
<br />by Cartwright and adopted by a unan imous vote:
<br />RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized arid.
<br />directed to enter into a contract with Dean Lundholm Construction
<br />Company, Inc., of St Paul, Minnesota, in the name of the Village
<br />of Falcon Heights, for the improvement of the Village Hall according
<br />to the plans and specifications heretofore approved by the Village
<br />council and filed in the office of the Village Clerk, according
<br />to Alternate No. 1 for the total price of X1,787.00.
<br />RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Villae a Clerk is hereby authorized
