<br />Board of Health It xas reported that a vacancy exists in the office
<br />of Chairman, Board of Health, term of which expired
<br />December 31, 1956, the incumbent, Dr. Thos. Krezoxski,
<br />Dr. D.M. Garrox, having resigned earlier in 1956. It xas also reported
<br />Chairman that Robert C. Blomberg xas appointed to membership on
<br />the Board in 1956 for a term of three years, and that
<br />membership on the Board of Mrs. Kathleen Weiss expires
<br />as of December 31, 1957. Utecht moved that Dr. D. M.
<br />Garrvw be appointed Chairman, Board of Health, for a
<br />term of office expiring at the first council meeting in
<br />January 1958. Seconded by Shavor and motion carried
<br />unanimously.
<br />Financial statement In connection xith preparing the Village financial statement
<br />for the year ended December 31, 1956, Shavor moved that the
<br />Clerk be authorized to arrange for assistance on the same
<br />basis as last year, and for publishing said financial state-
<br />went in The Ross Tribune. Seconded by Warkentien and motion
<br />carried unanimously.
<br />Clerk's Bond Utecht moved, seconded by Nilsen, that the Clerk's bond
<br />be fixed at !6500.00, and that the Clerk be directed to
<br />secure said bond on a two year basis. Motion carried
<br />unanimously.
<br />Bills: On motion by Utecht, seconded by Stewart, the following
<br />• bills were ordered paid, sub3ect to Trustee Nilsen's
<br />approval of bills for fire inspection time submitted by
<br />Firemen B.J. Slama and Stanley P. Schultz:
