Police matters Police Commissioner Arndt reported on calls received by the police during 1956 and reported on the number and character of arrests which he said were mainly traffic violations. Seconded by Utecht and motion carried unanimously. Street lights On motion by Nilsen, seconded by Shavor, it was voted ordered unanimously to request the Power Company to install a street light at Prior Avenue and Autumn Street, that is on Prior Avenue immediately south of Autumn; also to install a street light at Ruggles and Snelling Avenues on the east side of Snelling Drive. County asked Nilsen moved that the Clerk write to County Commissioner for street lights Lucille Blank, requesting that the County install street lights at Roselawn and Prior Avenues and at Autumn Street and Roselawn Avenue, to provide the ligh ting needed at the entrance to the Falcon Woods Addition.
