Seconded by Nilsen <br /> and motion carried unanimously. <br />Lametti Construction Utecht moved that after the aforementioned agreement is <br />Co. to make con- prepared, the council permit the connection of the house <br />nection sewer to the main sewer stub by the Peter Lametti Con- <br /> struction Company, aub3ect to inspection by the resident <br /> engineer on behalf of the Village for only those properties <br /> for which the owners signed the agreement in duplicate by <br /> June 1, 1957, the Village to assume no responsibility for <br /> any charges resulting therefrom. Statham inquired regarding a receipt he had received from the <br />1570 Snelling Dr. City of St Paul for permit to connect to the sewer in <br /> Hoyt Avenue and whether his property would be assessed <br />(Ho3at Ave. Sewer in Falcon Heights. Schmidt, appeared before the council to inquire regarding house <br />1725 Asbury sewer connections, whether clay pipe or cast iron pipe <br /> would be permitted .a~. <br />Applications for Building Inspector Christensen presented permit applications <br />street curbing from Robert J. Pugleasa, 1523 W. Hoyt Avenue, and Hans M. <br /> Gammel, 1535 W. Hoyt Avenue, for curbing along the front <br /> of their properties.
