After discussion, Shavor moved that payment for the extra time be authorized at X2.00 an hour. Seconded by Warkentien and so ordered. Alley bank of Stewart reported he had informed Don Julen about the Village Rees Business Engineer's recommendation that the alley behind the Douglas property Rees business property be repaired by patching and seal coating at an estimated cost of $300 to X350, He said Julep in turn called Mr. flees who declined to share in payment of the repair costs, suggesting that improvement of the alley be put on an assessment basis.
