Avenue On motion by Nilsen, seconded by Stewart, the following Curbing (Spaeth) resolution was adopted by a unanimous vote: Resolution - BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition requesting the improvement of Hoyt Avenue between the easterly line of Arona Avenue and the westerly line of Pascal Avenue by the installation of curbing on the north side of • Hoyt Avenue, filed with the Council on June 27, 1957, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minn. Stats. Sec. 429.035• RESOLVED FURTHER, that the petition is hereby referred to Vernon L.
