X21 <br />Investment of After discussion of thebalance which will be left in the <br />Construction Construction Account at The First National Bank of Saint <br />Account Funds Paul until May of 1958, Stewart moved the adoption of the <br />authorized following resolution: <br />Resolution - RESOLVED,_that the attorney be authorized to have The First <br /> National Bank of Saint Paul invest this money in United States <br />_ Treasury Bills due April 15, 1958. <br /> Seconded by Utecht and motion carried unanimously. <br />Northern States Power Utecht moved that the attorney be authorized to interpose the <br />Company law suit, necessary answer on behalf of the Village of Falcon Heights <br /> as third party defendant in Northern S#,ates Power Company <br /> law suit against the Peter Lametti Construction Co. Seconded <br /> by Shavor and motion carried. unanimously. <br />Property on west side Attention was called to a sign displayed at the Lord Salisbury <br />of Arona between <br />L Shoppe stating, "Parking in the Rear." Improvements whicY~ <br />arpenteur and Idaho have not been made on the property bordering AronaKbe~'~ween <br /> Larpenteur and Idaho as agreed to by the owner, were also <br /> discussed. The Clerk was asked to turn over his file on the <br /> matter to Trustee ~arkentien who will check and report back <br /> to the council. <br />Annual Village After discussion, Shavor moved that the polling places for <br />Election - .the Annual Village Election, December 3, 195?, be at the Village <br />polling places - Hall, 1641 West Larpenteur, for both Precincts Nos. 1 and 2, <br />hours open - and at the Falcon Heights School, 1393 Garden, for Precinct <br />Judges appointed No. 3; that the polls shall be open on .election day from 12 noon <br />to 8:00 P.M., and that an election board of two 3udges and <br />one clerk in each precinct be appointed as follows: <br />Precinct No. 1 <br />Judges: Ann~Hustrulid <br />.Ruth D, bgartin <br />Clerk: Marie Nodland <br />Precinct No. 2 <br />Jbdges: Rhodie E. Arndt <br />Jo Ann Coppini <br />Clerk: Edith Frenning <br />Precinct No. 3 <br />Judges: Jennie Fell <br />Grace Kroeger <br />Clerk Maxine Martin <br />Seconded by Utecht and motion carried unanimously. <br />
