• <br />January 29, 2004 <br />To business and apartment owners in Falcon Heights: <br />We want you to know that the City's Solid Waste Commission has recommended to the <br />City Council that the City consider organized collection of trash for single-family <br />residences, under the conditions set forth in Minnesota Statute § 115A.94. The Council <br />has accepted the Commission's recommendation and authorized Staff to initiate the <br />process ordained by the statute. <br />At this time we are not considering changes to trash collection for commercial <br />businesses and multi-family residences. <br />However, we want to keep you informed about what is going on in the City. For your <br />information we have enclosed a copy of a letter sent to residents letting them know the <br />Council's decision and a letter being sent to apartment residents so they, also, know what <br />is going on. <br />Please do not hesitate to contact me at City Hall, 651-544-5050, if you have any <br />questions.
