71 Section V: Rights of Public Access <br />• Say that you are appealing a decision we made about your data challenge (or your challenge to <br />accuracy and/or completeness of data we keep about you). Tell the Commissioner what data <br />you believe are inaccurate or incomplete. Also tell why you disagree with our decision. <br />Then tell the Commissioner what you want to happen because of your appeal. For example, do <br />you want us to add, change or delete data in our files? <br />Include a copy of your challenge letter and any other letters about your challenge that you have <br />sent or received.
