72 Section V: Rights of Public Access <br /> <br />NO. 2005-03 <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />Date: March 9, 2005 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING MODEL POLICY <br />AND APPOINTING OFFICIALS <br />WHEREAS, the Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, directs <br />the City to adopt policies and procedures and to designate City officials. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA: <br />• 1. The Model Polic ublic acc <br />y, p ess to Government Data and right of subjects of <br />data, prepared by the Minnesota Department of Administration is adopted as a <br />City Policy. <br />2. Pursuant to the Act, Heather Worthington is designated as the City's <br />"Responsible Authority" and "Data Practices Compliance Official". <br />ADOPTED by the Falcon Heights City Council on March 9, 2005. <br />Susan L.
