APPROACH <br />The HKG approach will be to develop streetscape plans for the roadway <br />corridor which draw from the significant elements that already frame <br />and give it character and identity, including the University and its <br />agricultural fields, the University golf course, City Hall, the State Fair- <br />grounds and Gibbs Farm and School.
