Purchase from city hall <br />Annual non-transferable permits may be purchased from <br />city hall either over the telephone or in person during <br />business hours 7:30 AM to 5 PM weekdays. <br />The applicant must provide the license number of the <br />vehicle which will have the permit. The license number <br />will be checked for registration to that address. <br />The permit fees are: <br />$10 for first two permits <br />$20 for each permit beyond two <br />$ 5 for lost permit <br />C. Placement <br />The permit must be permanently placed in the lower left <br />side of the rear window. <br /> <br />D. Temporary parking permits <br />Temporary parking permits are available for $1 per <br />vehicle from city hall. Arrangements for large special <br />event temporary parking can be made at city hall. <br />V. REVIEW OF PERMIT PARKING DISTRICT <br />A review of the proposed permit parking district will be <br />made during its first year of operation to determine how <br />much it is being used and if any difficulties in enforcement <br />or access and visibility are resulting from this program. <br />• <br />
