petitioner. <br />9. Preliminary Development Plan. <br />a. A preliminary development plan shall be sub- <br />C• <br />mitted together with the application for rezoning within 90 <br />days of the agreement in principle or the Council determination, <br />whichever is applicable, unless further. time is approved by <br />the Planning Commission from the date of the decision on the <br />proposed plan. <br />b. The preliminary development plan shall conform <br />to and include all of the information required under para- <br />graph 8a of this Ordinance and such additional information <br />requested by the Planning Commission. In addition, the fallow- <br />ing shall be requiredc <br />(1) a preliminary plat in accordance with the <br />applicable provisions of City subdivision ordinance; <br />(2) two copies of detailed drawings of land <br />uses showing proposed buildings, parking arrangements, <br />common open spaces around the buildings and structures, <br />recreational improvements and structures, and common <br />open areas at a scale not smaller than 1" = 20'; <br />(3) two copies of elevation drawings of all <br />proposed structures and buildings except detached single- <br />family dwellings at a scale not smaller than 1" = 2'; <br />(4) at least one perspective drawing or model <br />which will clearly. show the architectural style of the <br />• <br />development; <br />-5- <br />
