The final development plan shall include the <br />following: <br />(1) final plat in accordance with the applicable <br />provisions of the subdivision ordinance including <br />covenants and specifications required :in approval of the <br />preliminary development plan; <br />(2) final building drawings and specifications; <br />(3) final site plans including a landscape <br />schedule; <br />(4) engineering plans and reports as necessary <br />• for platting;. and <br />(5) any other information or documents required <br />in approval of the preliminary plan including any bonds, <br />deposits of money or securities. <br />c. The City Council shall, within 60 days of the' <br />filing of such :final development plan, hold a public hearing <br />to consider such :final development plan. <br />d.
