Designation. <br />All Planned Development Districts shall be designated <br />on the official zoning maps of the ;City and in the legal des- <br />criptions of the original district being supplemented. <br />5. Permitted Uses. <br />The permitted, .accessory and conditional uses set forth <br />in this Ordinance pertaining to the original district shall <br />apply to and be permitted uses in the Planned Development <br />District. <br />• 6. Inte <br />nsity of Development. <br />a. Overall. <br />(1) Site Coverage:. Permitted maximum site <br />coverage in the Planned Development zone shall not <br />exceed the permitted site coverage in the original <br />district; however, site coverage may be calculated on <br />the total land involved in the Planned Development <br />District. <br />(2) Density: Permitted maximum residential <br />densities in the Planned Development District shall be <br />increased in accordance with the provisions [change in <br />density requirements] provided. it is demonstrated by <br />• - <br />-2- <br />
