Individual Lots. <br />~-- -'~~ <br />Deviation from the applicable. requirements for lot area, <br />.lot dimensions, yards, setbacks, location of parking areas, <br />and public street frontage may be allowed but only if such <br />deviation is consistent with the total design of the Planned <br />Development District. <br />7. When the Planned Development Zoning District (PD) <br />i• <br />is combined with an original district, all development within <br />the combined district shall be in accordance with the pro- <br />cedures of the Planned Development Zoning District (PD). <br />8. Procedure for Establishing a Planned Development <br />Zoning District (PD). <br />a. Prior to submitting an application for rezoning, <br />the following shall be submitted to the Planning Commission: <br />(1) maps and drawings which may be in a general <br />schematic form and showing: <br />(a) enough of the area surrounding .the <br />proposed development to demonstrate the relationship <br />of the planned development to adjacent uses; <br />(b) proposed land uses, area, population <br />densities and land use intensities for each area <br />of land included in the proposed development; <br />(c) existing topography and proposed final <br />• grades; <br />-3- <br />
