The <br /> proposal includes rental for the use of the machine to capture <br /> some of the anticipated maintenance costs, gas and oil from the <br /> additional use of the machine to clean Lauderdale sewers. It <br /> also covers any labor and mileage costs that the city might <br /> incur. <br /> The city views this as a cooperative activity. The proposal is <br /> intended to cover any costs to Falcon Heights from the additional <br /> operation of the machine. It is not intended to profit on this <br /> venture by simply underpricing the private market. <br /> This will be on the city council agenda on October 14, 1992.
