Our firm has provided legal services in all of the above <br /> areas to municipal clients. In some cases, we have also <br /> provided similar legal services to private clients. <br /> c. Employment Law <br /> Our firm has not represented municipal clients in <br /> connection with labor -union agreements. We have dealt <br /> with other public sector employment issues. <br /> d. Description of experience with tax increment financing <br /> and municipal financing. <br /> Our firm has reviewed numerous documents associated with <br /> municipal financing, including tax increment financing, <br /> for our municipal and other clients. We do not act as <br /> bond counsel. <br /> e. Describe experience in prosecution including plea <br /> bargaining and code enforcement. <br /> Various members of our firm have prosecuted criminal, <br /> traffic and code enforcement matters for the cities of <br /> Shoreview, Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lake Elmo and <br /> Blaine. Currently, we are processing approximately 700 <br /> cases per year. The majority of the cases are disposed <br /> by plea at the time of pretrial, court trial or jury <br /> trial. However, we try approximately 100 court trials <br /> per year and 15 jury trials per year. <br /> 2. Number of attorneys /specialties. <br /> A firm resume is set forth below: <br /> Warren E.
