Glenn A. Bergman: <br /> Glenn Bergman is a 1971 cum laude graduate of William <br /> Mitchell College of Law. He practices primarily in the <br /> real estate area. He is a past chairman of the Ramsey <br /> County Bar association's Real Property Section and has <br /> been involved in both residential and commercial real <br /> estate development. He is a licensed title insurance <br /> underwriter and a former Deputy Examiner of Titles in <br /> Ramsey County. He has also represented various real <br /> estate title and closing companies, as well as individual <br /> buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real <br /> estate. <br /> Daniel Witt Fram: <br /> Witt Fram is a 1976 cum laude graduate of William <br /> Mitchell College of Law. He serves as General Counsel <br /> for the Minnesota Association of Credit Unions and is a <br /> member of the Mortgage Banker's Association, Minnesota <br /> Trial Lawyers Association and American Arbitration <br /> Association. He practices primarily in the area of <br /> financial law and litigation, and is familiar with <br /> consumer and commercial lending issues, primarily from <br /> the perspective of both the borrower and lender. Mr. <br /> Fram also maintains an active trial practice. <br /> Timothy J. Hassett: <br /> Timothy Hassett is a 1981 cum laude graduate of William <br /> Mitchell College of Law. He practices primarily in the <br /> areas of real estate and civil litigation. In the real <br /> estate area, he represents residential and commercial <br /> real estate brokers, developers, property managers, and <br /> mortgage bankers. He is a member of the Minnesota Bar <br /> Association's Real Property Legislative Committee and an <br /> affiliate member of the Minnesota and Minneapolis Boards <br /> of Realtors. He is a non realtor member of the Minnesota <br /> Bar Association's Purchase Agreement Task Force. <br /> Jerome P. Filla: <br /> Jerome Filla is a 1968 graduate of the University of <br /> Minnesota Law School. He is a former associate professor <br /> at the University of Minnesota and has been in private <br /> practice since 1969. He practices principally in the <br /> area of municipal law and is primarily responsible for <br /> the firm's representation of the cities of Shoreview, <br /> Arden Hills and Lake Elmo. <br /> 3 <br />
