6 -3.01 6 -4.01 <br /> 6 -3.02 Renewal <br /> A. Sixty -day Requirement. Application for the renewal <br /> of an existing license shall be made at least <br /> 60 days prior to the date of the expiration of the <br /> license and shall be made on forms provided by the city <br /> in such abbreviated form as the city council may <br /> approve. If, in the judgment of the city council, good <br /> and sufficient cause is shown by any applicant for <br /> his /her failure to file for a renewal within the time <br /> provided, the city council may, if the other provision <br /> of this ordinance are complied with, grant the <br /> application. <br /> B. Statement of Compliance. At the earliest <br /> practicable time after application is made for the <br /> issuance or renewal of a license to sell intoxicating <br /> liquor, non intoxicating malt liquor or wine within the <br /> city, the applicant shall file with the city clerk a <br /> statement reflecting compliance with the applicable <br /> liquor and food gross receipt requirements of this <br /> chapter. <br /> SECTION 4. ELIGIBILITY MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br /> 6 -4.01 Persons Ineligible for a License. <br /> A. No license shall be granted or renewed to any <br /> person made ineligible for such a license by state law. <br /> B. No license shall be granted or renewed to a <br /> partnership or corporation which does not have a <br /> managing partner or a manager who is eligible to hold <br /> a license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. <br /> C. No license shall be granted or renewed to a <br /> person who is the spouse of a person ineligible for a <br /> license under this section, or who, in the judgment <br /> of the city council, is not the real party in interest <br /> or beneficial owner of the business operated, or to <br /> be operated, under the license. <br /> D. No license shall be granted or renewed to a <br /> corporation without full disclosure of the stockholders <br /> of the corporation and their percentage of ownership. <br /> If there are more than ten stockholders, only those <br /> owning more than ten percent of the outstanding common <br /> stock shall be listed. <br /> F. No license shall be issued to an applicant who <br /> refuses to serve alcoholic beverages to any person <br /> because of race, color or national origin and no <br /> applicant shall discriminate in the selection of its <br /> membership on the basis of race, color or national <br /> origin. <br /> 5 <br />
