5 -1.03 5 -2.01 <br /> rolling, individual cans of tobacco for <br /> chewing or sniffing. Not packaged <br /> packs of cigarettes or similar packages <br /> containing multiple cans or containers of <br /> tobacco suitable for smoking, chewing or <br /> sniffing. <br /> 3. License Shall Be Displayed. Every license <br /> shall be kept conspicuously posted in the place <br /> for which the license is issued and shall be <br /> exhibited to any person upon request. <br /> 4. Restrictions. No license shall be issued to <br /> any applicant for the sale of tobacco related <br /> products at any place other than her /his <br /> established place of business. No license shall <br /> be issued for the sale of tobacco related products <br /> at a movable place of business; nor shall any <br /> license be issued for the sale of tobacco related <br /> products at more than one place of <br /> business. <br /> 5. Tobacco Related Products Prohibited Sales. <br /> No person shall sell or give away any tobacco <br /> related product to any person under the age of <br /> eighteen (18) years. No person shall sell or <br /> dispense any tobacco product through the use of a <br /> vending machine; and, it shall be unlawful for any <br /> person to offer for sale any individually packaged <br /> tobacco product by means of self service <br /> merchandising. (Amended by Ordinance 0 -91 -9, <br /> June 19, 1992). <br /> SECTION 2. CONTRACTORS LICENSE REQUIREMENTS AND REGULATIONS <br /> 5 -2.01 General. Unless otherwise specified by this code, all <br /> contractors must apply for a license and provide to the <br /> city a certificate of insurance showing evidence that the <br /> applicant has in effect public liability insurance in the <br /> amount of at least $300,000 for injury of one person, <br /> $500,000 for injury of two or more persons in the same <br /> accident and $100,000 for property damages. Should any <br /> insurance be cancelled, the city shall be given ten days <br /> notice and the license issued shall be suspended and <br /> inoperative until adequate insurance is provided. <br /> 5 <br />
