Shall report to the city monthly the <br /> quantity of all yard waste abated from <br /> landfills. Such quantities shall be reported <br /> in estimates of cubic yardage abated. <br /> Failure to certify accurate volumes in a <br /> timely manner may be cause for revocation of <br /> a hauler's lidense. <br /> h. Loading vehicles. The collector shall <br /> transfer the refuse of his /her vehiclwithout <br /> spilling, or if any spilling occurs, he /she <br /> shall clean it up completely. State License Required for Certain <br /> Contractors <br /> a. Residential contractors for buildings up <br /> to four (4) units and residential speciality <br /> contractors having two (2) or more <br /> specialties are licensed by the State of <br /> Minnesota. Proof of state license is <br /> required by the city. <br /> b. All others must be licensed by the city. <br /> 2. Permit.
